Every one in a while, I’ll meet with someone that works in online marketing that seems to be under the impression that the “social media” phase is over. I could not disagree more. The honeymoon phase with social media may be over, but social media is marketing and will continue to be so. I don’t even buy a new toothbrush without reading what others have said about it.
